By downloading, installing, or using Webhook Catcher ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Webhook Catcher provides a service that allows users to:

• Create unique webhook endpoint URLs
• Receive HTTP requests (webhooks) sent to those URLs
• View webhook data on their mobile device
• Receive push notifications when webhooks are received

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not use the service to transmit harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
• Keep your webhook URLs confidential if they receive sensitive data
• Not use automated systems to send excessive requests to the service

4. Acceptable Use

The following activities are prohibited:

• Using the service for any illegal activities
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages through webhooks
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the service to store or transmit malware
• Reselling or redistributing the service without permission

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency repairs
• Factors beyond our control

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
